babes in bikinis..

Mood : muscle ache..


I did this while I was in Swiss Inn Hotel, Sungai Petani earlier today..

no, I wasn't wearing a bikini and this isn't me.. =P

ehehehe..
I drank loads of water..
what can I say, I'm a beginner, so I'm suppose to suck..
but alhamdulillah, I'm able to swim a little now..
I will practice some more until I can swim effortlessly..


oh, I also went to the hotels gym yesterday and went for a jog at the hotels parking area..
huh, working out is so much fun!
my stamina has improved and I don't get tired easier like before..
I really like that..
hehehe..
I also jogged when I got back this evening..
now my muscles are a bit aching..
but exercise is the only way to get in fit..
and proper eating diet..
pray for my quick weight loss ya people..
love you guys to bits!
muahhhh!!~~

my weight has gone down by 0.5kg..
it's a start, right?..

practice la berenang.. bila lama ditinggalkan, skill akan berkarat.. kena practice sekerap mungkin.. hehe..

tp bila exercise, byk nak guna energy
so we have to eat
but u have to practice proper eating diet jugak.
rasanya nak memilih makanan yg tak menambahkan gemuk is the biggest challenge for u.

setakat swimming... kacang je.

true, lotsa energy needed.. and u know me well! ahaha.. food is my biggest dilemma now.. still working on it..

swimming takes lotsa stamina too.. and i've just started swimming so i'm nowhere near the kacang stage.. but i'm working towards it..
