Assalamualaikum w.b.t., salam Extravaganza!

I..... have no idea what to blog about.. hahaha.. I'm guessing this is one of my random thoughts jumbled up in writing.. hmmmm.. what to write about? I think I have promised more that 1 topic to someone somewhere.. I've got so many things to share but I'm guessing my mood doesn't cater to any particular topic, so hence I'm just letting my imagination and fingers do the typing.. hmmm.. maybe if I categorize possible topics, it'd be easier? okay let's try! :D 

Herbalife Life

well, I'm currently working to achieve Supervisor level.. I have recently qualify as Qualified Producer level last month, itu pun almost tak jadi.. haha.. but Alhamdulillah, Allah bantu and I made it.. people wonder how I'm actually able to juggle my full time work at Enactus Malaysia Foundation and my part time work as Independent Herbalife Distributor and I guess the easy explanation I have is only 1; PASSION.. if you have passion, you'll make it work.. and people see and feel your passion.. since I'm working full time, I don't have time to go out to shopping malls and do walk and talk or open up a booth and weight people all day.. my customers are people who know me, trust me and they contact me via Facebook or Whatsapp.. I rarely have strangers as customers coz I don't have time to go find them but I am still able to get and service my customers just fine, even though I'm only part time.. 

honestly, I love talking to my customers and listen to their testimony, coz everyone is different.. some can feel the effect of the products after the first shake but others might take longer than that.. some don't think they feel any different but turns out they can now fit into that 30 inch jeans they couldn't wear since 4 months ago.. so yeah, I guess I'm happy with what I do on my part time basis coz I get to make a difference in someone's life, alhamdulillah.. :)

Full Time Job

Being Program Executive in a small foundation with only 6 full time employees can be a real challenge sometimes, I kid you not.. with this 2 hands I am able to be a super hero.. okay, itu hyperbola but it's not that far from the truth.. in my case, I have to manage 36 Enactus teams and sometimes communication can be an issue.. God knows how I would love to know about their projects, give ideas and just chill and hang out with the students but I can't really do that much coz I have to take care of 36 of them and each have their own sets of problems and challenges.. tak puas hati among their own teammates pun ada but I don't meddle into internal issues of teams.. hal universiti, perebutan kuasa and stuff like that, EMF tak campur.. my goodness, to compile data can also be a challenge! okay, I can't say much, private and confidential.. hehehe.. 

Enactus World Cup, Cancun Mexico

bahahahaha, dah basi dah topik nih, October tahun lepas kot.. first thing first, the 30 hour flight was awesomely tiring! awesome coz I get to watch a ton of movies on flight and tiring coz I had to sit for more than 13 hours in 1 flight.. gila!.. I smell like sour cabbage when I touched down.. hahaha.. but it was great to be able to see Dubai, America and Mexico, and to get stamps in my passport.. seronok dowh.. Mexico was great! the whether was nice, almost the same as Malaysia, sunny and dry a bit, probably coz we were at a resort next to the sea.. I ate a whole bunch, mostly nachos and potatoes and stuff hence the additional 3kg once I got back to Malaysia.. hahaha.. but it was really nice to see the Enactus World Cup up front.. I only previously attended EWC when Malaysia hosted in 2011 and was blew away with the experience.. hoping I can go to EWC this year in Beijing China too.. hehe


Weight Loss Journey

I've been consuming Herbalife for 4 months this coming end Feb and I've lost 6.5kg in 3 months.. it's not much to some but if I were to just sit around and do nothing, my 69.5kg would have been 75kg easily.. hey, FOOD IS MY WEAKNESS! the best part for me when I lost weight was how light my body was.. I mean, living on the 4th floor with no elevator is definitely a challenge if you're heavy.. so now I'm working my way to lose more of my weight, wanna be 57kg! hehehehe.. but I guess, my health is a lot more important than that piece of cake or that cheese pizza.. ;)

Future Baby

No no, I'm not getting any yet, but one can hope.. :)

Next Milestone

I wanna be Supervisor by March.. 3k+ vp now.. anyone want to buddy up with me? hew3~ 

EMNC

This year WILL BE EPIC! I want to try and achieve EWC atmosphere in this year's EMNC.. it's tough really, but I can plan and do my best.. :) seriously, honestly, I want it to be EPIC!

my weekends are rarely empty.. if it's not travelling for family weddings or events, it'd be attending or running programs and events for the company.. last week I was in Port Dickson, helping with the Dynamic Leadership Workshop conducted by my office.. a week before that I was in Johor for my sis-in-law's convocation ceremony, a week before that I was...... well, travelling to somewhere too.. hahaha.. and this weekend, I'm going to be in Genting Highlands.. no, I'm not going there to have fun, I'm going there for work.. that's the beauty of my job, working while travelling.. hahaha.. I don't really get to go out all the time tho, just sometimes.. plus I can file for replacement leave when I work on weekends.. ain't that great? hehehe.. alhamdulillah, I have a job that I love, surrounded with awesome boss and collogues, and I get to travel and meet people.. I am blessed, alhamdulillah.. so I guess the job that you do really affects you, huh? :)

hey hey hey, guess what?.. I've been doing some selling this Ramadan, helping out my cousin sell some of her kerepek raya, raya snacks.. 1kilogram for RM15, quite cheap since if you go to Tesco, they charge you RM18.. besides, the snacks I sold were from villagers in Ipoh, means they're handmade, not machine made.. think of all the love put into making them kerepeks.. lol!~ here's a picture of meh kerepeks..

most are muruku based, but there's an ubi based kerepek too.. and they all taste yummeh for the tummeh!.. I've been helping my cousin selling 'em since Sunday around 11.30am to 2.30pm.. I didn't expect to be paid or given any percentage at first, but my cousin gave me anyway, so hey, rezeki jangan ditolak!.. =P my last day of kerepek selling was today at 1.40pm, UUMs Varsity Mall.. I sold all the kerepeks that my cousin gave to me, around 40 packets.. my profit for the selling isn't that much, but alhamdulillah, it warms my tummeh to get em too.. I got around RM200, so that's an advance raya money for meh.. hohoho..

I've spent around RM70 already, going around buying stuff.. I have to save at least RM100, want to buy myself a new phone in the near future, Nokia C6.. it's wicked awesome siot!.. hohoho..

Assalamualaikum, good morning awesome peeps!!.. it's such a nice morning today, that I had to sleep in.. kekekeke.. actually I wanted to go jogging, but my eyes would not open.. I blame chatting until the wee hours with people.. hohoho.. let's play the blaming game!!.. wheeee!~~ (^^,)

so today is 7th July.. tomorrow, 8th July, the SIFE UUM team will be presenting in front of our advisors and probably the TNC of UUM.. a bit nervous at this time since we're only like 80% fully ready.. I have fully memorized my parts in the script, but I blank at times which makes me worried.. I know everything, what to say, what to do, but sometimes the words won't roll of my tongue.. scary dowh... what if that happens during the competition?.. pftttttt!! don't want to think about it!.. (>_<)''

anyway, if anyone is free this 12th and 13th July, do drop by PWTC KL for SIFE National Competition.. come see me talk crap in front of hundreds of people.. hohohoho.. Assalamualaikum and good day awesome peeps.. it's my second week of work here as a Research Assistant in UUM.. it's been okay, not too laid back, not too busy either.. it's an okay workload.. hehe.. so last week I had some kind of irritation in my eyes, which I first thought was due to a collection of dust in my eyes.. I put some eye drops and it got better.. but a few days later, the irritation came back.. even after I put some eye drops, the irritation is still there.. my eyes were a bit red, and it hurts to blink sometimes.. turns out, there was a little growth on the top of my inner eyelids.. is it a tumor ftw?! omg scary! it caused the irritation in my eyes, and it got a little bigger each day.. I was worried, hence the reason for visiting the doctor today.. whee!~~ (^^,)

I had to wait around half an hour before actually going inside the doctors room.. apparently, they're having an annual sports thingy, so only a few doctors were available at that time in Pusat Kesihatan Universiti (PKU), UUM.. whatever.. so when I got in, the doctor asked, 'what's up?..' I told him about the eye infection thingy and he lit a flashlight up in my eyes and prodded around.. and the verdict is?.. styes, or formally know as ketumbit in Malaysia.. now, what is it about this styes or ketumbit?.. well, let me shed some light on the subject, quoted from eyecaresource.com..

styes are bacterial infections that lead to the obstruction of oil producing glands around the eyelids. Styes are seen as small bumps on the eyelids. Styes (also called "sty") are usually harmless and will go away after several days on their own as your body fights the infection. there are some cases where surgical draining of the stye or the application of antibiotic drops may be required. to prevent styes in the eye; always washing hands before touching the eyes and keeping good eye hygiene, especially for contact users.

eye stye symptoms

- redness accompanied by slight pain and tenderness

- swelling of a certain area which usually appears as a bump

- tearing of the eye

- discomfort when blinking

- sensitivity to light

eye sytes treatment

- apply warm compresses for several minutes 3 to 4 times daily

- application of prescribed antibiotic drops may also be used to help fight the infection

- surgical drainage of the stye may also be necessary if the stye is not responding to treatment

my doctor told me that I might be infected by this disease due to change in weather and climate or unhygienic care of my eyes.. errr, this I have to agree with.. being someone who uses eye make up in daily wear, I actually don't have any liquid eye makeup removal, it finished a few months ago.. I use Johnson&Johnsons baby oil to get rid of my make up after a days work.. I didn't think about residual effects such as styes, I just used it cause it was effective and cheap.. guess I have to buy the removal liquid soon.. got any brand recommendation that is effective yet affordable?.. I'm on a tight budget you know, huhu..

well, it's a good thing the styes were in the beginning stage, if I didn't get any treatment, I might end up like this....

Lee Dong Hae, born October 15, 1986.. he's older than I am, so he's my oppa.. hehe.. he's from South Korea, born in Mokpo, Jeollanam.. hebecame popular from a Korean boyband Super Junior, this amazing singer, dancer, and sometimes actor, made his father's dream come true, being a singer.. sadly, his father passed away in August 2006.. he debuted with Super Junior in 2005, with 11 other trainees, but added Kyuhyun, the last member of the group making the total of Super Junior as 13.. he's a really talented dancer, which you can see from all the Super Juniors music video, you'll see that he's one of the 4 best dancers in the group, alongside Shindong, Eunhyuk and Hankyung.. he also was involved in acting in a few music videos such as SNSD's Kissing You MV.. he was so cute in that, dancing Don't Don a little while the girls fight over him.. hehehe..

Sunday and Teachers' Day

assalamualaikum, happy day awesome peeps!.. it's a Sunday!.. it's the weekends, I can sleep in late and go out lepak-ing with my friends at malls or Pizzahut!.. it's such a great Sunday! okay, tipu.. I'm in Kedah, so Sunday is a working day here, unlike the other states in Malaysia.. so I'm currently in an office, working, so they say.. yet I'm here updating my blog.. hahaha.. okay, truthfully, there's not much work to be done yet since I have to call certain people to know what my work is, and the certain people are busy with stuff thus making me unable to know what kind of work needs to be done in order to make me look busy ftw.. did you say all of that in one breath?.. hehehe.. so what did I do in the office since this morning?.. I printed some information for the boss, then when online and cam whored.. not much done really..

the quality of the laptops camera is quite low, mind you, so this is the best I can give you..

I'm sitting at this far end of the office, in a cubicle next to Nel, a practical student here.. the other workers are pretty busy typing some documents, printing stuff, organizing folders etc, unlike me.. =P I told Nel I don't know what job I have to do yet, and she laughed and said, then relax, no need to worry, you'll be busy when you're busy.. hehehe.. so yeah, I'm not going to worry my pretty little head about it yet.. eh eh, plus my boss said, since I'm a research assistant, I don't really need to come to work in the office, I can work from where ever, even the library or at home. all I need to do is punch in and punch out everyday.. so after this I can just work from home, if I am not needed in the office.. cool ain't it?.. sila jeles sekarang.. =DD

before I go, I want to wish Happy Teachers' Day to all of them awesome people who have taught me a lot since I was small.. thanks a million to my mum and dad for teaching me how to potty, how to play nice with others, and how to love.. thanks to my teachers from primary school, to my English and Maths teacher in SK Jitra who used to pinch my tummy when I'm noisy in class, may you rest in peace.. thanks to Mrs Ahmed from Sherwood Elementary School, Memphis Tennessee for coping with my lack of English when I got to the states, to all my Secondary School teachers in SMK Jitra,my BM teacher for understanding my needs as a teenager..
thanks to my lecturers in KPM Melaka for guiding me through my 3 years away from Kedah.. my mentor Puan Suraini Saiaa for being a lovable mentor to me and my friends, to Mr Salehan for appreciating my English, Puan Suryanti for being patient in teaching me Accounts, and to all the other lecturers in KPMM.. and even though I'm still new in UUM, I want to thank all the lecturers who taught me in 1st and 2nd semester.. I may have not focused too much on you while in class, but the knowledge you gave me was very valuable..

2 hot guys and a horse, what do you get?

assalamualaikum and good day everyone.. there's this thing that's bothering my tummy when I woke up this morning.. I tried to figure out what it was while brushing my teeth in front of the sink, when it hit me like a brick, I haven't had breakfast yet, no wonder!.. pftt, lame?.. maybe.. so for lunch today, I'm gonna cook me some ayam percik, nyum nyum!

anyway, I celebrated my liberation from final exams yesterday.. it's the end of 2nd semester in UUM, finally! and how did I celebrate?.. by horse riding ftw! wohoo!~~ =DD

okay, that's definitely not me, too sexayyy to be true.. hoho.. courtesy of mr Google..

after about a month and a half being a no horse rider due to studies and exams, I finally got back on my oh-so-nice-and-only-girl-horse-in-the-stable, Martina!.. we went out riding around UUM campus, and believe it or not, it was my FIRST time going for outride!.. I went with two hot guys, ehem, ladies please be jealous.. hehehe.. one is my training instructor, abg Wan and the other is the hot UUM football player who also works at the equine center, Mad.. and between you and me, he got some awesome abs ftw! accidentally saw him with no shirt when I went to the Equine center once, not my fault.. guys sometimes like to walk around shirtless, you can't blame me for accidentally seeing that.. *drool* chocolates on the tummy, me likey! bahahaha! =DD

and Mad.. ignore me, I was fat at this time.. (-__-;;

anyway, the out ride was awesome! we were from the stable near HEP building, and rode in front of UUM library *lots of people*, FE, PKU, around the stadium, up the main hall dewan MAS, and back to the stable.. I also met some of my friends and they were in awe that I was riding a horse ftw! bahahaha.. bangga siot!.. =P damn, it was so awesome yet scary experience.. Martina was being a tad bit difficult, not obeying my direct instructions telling her to stop trotting when we were near the road.. she almost cantered and I could have fallen off!.. I guess that's what you get when you don't visit your horse for a long time, sorry Martina dear.. (T^T) really thanks to my instructor for guiding me and telling me what I should do.. he's awesome that way, and cute! =D

and cause of this renew obsession, I want to keep riding my horse, which means I have to pay RM150 to continue my lessons.. this little outride was courtesy of abg wan who missed me and asked me to come over and ride.. ain't he sweet?.. =) and due to my lack of money, I'm about to go for a part time job as a research assistant at one of the center in UUM.. I report for work tomorrow morning.. pays RM35 per day, so I can save some money from there to buy myself a white horse ftw!

okay tipu, I can never have enough money to buy my own horse in the near future, maybe after I have a full time job or married a rich guy or something.. bahahaha.. =P the money from my part time work will be collected to continue my horse riding training till I can prove to myself that I can ride better, and canter, and get on the horse without help from chairs or people.. sangat malu okay kalau asyik naik kuda kena pakai kerusi.. pffttt~

okay, gonna go make some mean ayam percik now.. nyum nyum! (^^,)

wohoooo!!~~
with lots of chocolates and a light tan on my skin..

food in City Bayview Hotel was so nice meh, cannot resist the temptation..

experience-wise, I learned a lot about being spontaneous while conducting a semi formal welcoming dinner..
and also learned to be humorous, making people smile and laugh with my being the MC..
it was really a great experience that I want to have again in the near future..

plus the people involved with the ISE SODA 2010 were awesome too!
especially the staff members of CEDI UUM, the practical students, my co-MC Viva, my SIFER friends, the paper presenters and everyone involved with the seminar..
yeah, it was boring at times where you feel like you want to bash your heads to the wall just to stay awake, but everything was much livelier at lunch and tea breaks!..

haram tak bagitau pun, pegi siasat sendiri baru jumpa punca internet down..

now the only source of entertainment kat rumah hanyalah TV dan makanan..
oh, aku dah bertambah berat badan sekarang..

hari Sabtu sampai Isnin nih aku pegi Langkawi..
tido kat City Bayview Hotel..
aku jadi MC untuk program ISE-SODA..
ada kaitan dengan keusahawanan di negara Asean..
means it's an international event..
aku di tawarkan jadi MC untuk program tu, so pray for me..
ini salah satu langkah yang aku ambil untuk membina pengalaman..


well, I'm off..
ada mid term test subjek Event Management. pukul 11 jap lagi..
woh, syoknya!

hello people of Earth and beyond, I am now BACK from Kelantan!!

I had a great time there, between hanging out at UMK and visiting some places around Kelantan..
places I stopped by were Nordin Batik showroom and batik making factory, Pantai Cahaya Bulan, KB Mall and Wakaf Che Yeh..


I spent a lot of money at Wakaf Che Yeh..
the stuff there were considerably cheap..
there's even original Adidas jerseys sold for RM 10..
rejected coz the logo was last years design so Adidas is selling them cheap..
and my friend bought two for her brothers..
the jerseys were damn nice man!
hohoho..


anyway, I am now becoming an small scale entrepreneur, selling bits and stuff..
currently I'm selling "keropok sira mas madu" cap menara..
in Kooperasi UUM, the keropok sells for RM 1.70..
I sell RM 1.30 per packet of +-80gms..
wanna test the market..
if the demand in UUM is high, I'll consider being the distributor for this product..
so if people in UUM or places close by want to order, contact me ok?..
and I also will be restarting my pre-loved wardrobe selling business via online and also door to door in UUM..
it focuses more on women wear tho like blouse, t-shirts and skirts..
I'll upload the items in the near future so be on the look out for those ya..

and another business currently in mind is selling unique bracelets and bangles from Langkawi..
a sample is the one on around my wrist in the picture below..
the price is RM 16 per bracelet but I'll try to see if I can lower the price, but minus shipping cost..
I'll try to diversify it and buy lots of kinds and designs..
if anyone want to order from me, inform me ya..
I'll be going to Langkawi to buy the items at the end of this month..
